Founder and CEO, David Lahey, started the business in 2005 after many years of working as a software developer in Toronto’s tech ecosystem. Predictive Success has developed a proprietary platform to measure employee personality and cognitive ability. The result is valuable information and insight for talent optimization, recruitment and promotion.

Predictive Success has also worked to improve diversity and inclusion in the human resources process, by offering a solution to overcoming the “inexperienced resume” or name bias phenomenon.  For David, Whitby has always been home, so it was the natural choice to set up the business in Downtown Whitby. David currently serves as a Board Member of 1855 Whitby, which is Durham Region's first and only technology accelerator.
