Payment can be made by cheque made payable to the Corporation of the Town of Whitby, or in person at Town Hall (by cash or debit).
Only specified persons or prescribed bodies can appeal a decision regarding planning and development applications to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT). For more information, please visit the OLT's website.
Depending on your application, you may need to pay development charges to cover the cost of infrastructure to service your new development. Review the development charges for the Town of Whitby.

The conveyance of parkland and/or the payment of cash-in-lieu of parkland, or other recreational purposes, is required as a condition of approval for developments. For more information regarding parkland dedication, review the Parkland By-law # 7733-21 .
