File an Incident Report

As a property owner, or agent acting on behalf of a property owner, you can request an incident report summary outlining the general details of a fire response or motor vehicle accident that took place in the Town of Whitby.

Accessing complete records

If you need a complete record of an incident, you must complete the Freedom of Information process.
