Rent the Avalon Lounge

The Avalon Lounge is an all-season, multi-use facility that is ideal for any type of special occasion. With 2,100 square feet of space, the Avalon Lounge can accommodate up to 100 people. When you rent the Avalon Lounge, you get access to the following amenities:

• 1,200 square foot outdoor patio with tables and chairs accommodating up to 50 people
• Access to defibrillator/first aid equipment in the lobby
• Bar, bar stools, fireplace, leather lounge chairs
• Coat rack area
• Folding tables and stacking chairs for up to 100 people
• Free Wifi
• Holiday decorations on display (mid-November to first week of January)
• Kitchen that includes convection microwave, fridge, and freezer
• Natural gas barbecue (seasonal only)
• Parking on-site and/or adjacent to the Marina
• Recessed audio visual screen and digital projector
• Sound system for microphones and/or background music
• Television

If you rent the Avalon Lounge, some conditions apply. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event. We will refund rental deposits for cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the rental date.

Please note:

• Liability insurance is required for all events and can be purchased through the Marina Office
• Facility rentals may be subject to third party music rights fees
• Outside doors must be closed after 11:00 p.m. to limit noise
• For non-catered licensed events, a liquor permit and smart serve servers are required
