Rent the Avalon Lounge

The Avalon Lounge is an all-season, multi-use facility that is ideal for any type of special occasion. With 2,100 square feet of space, the Avalon Lounge can accommodate up to 100 people. When you rent the Avalon Lounge, you get access to the following amenities:

• Folding tables and stacking chairs for up to 100 people
• Bar, bar stools, fireplace, leather lounge chairs
• Sound system for microphones and/or background music
• Recessed audio visual screen and digital projector
• Kitchen that includes an oven, convention microwave oven, fridge and freezer
• Television
• Free Wifi
• 1,200 square foot outdoor patio with tables and chairs accommodating up to 50 people (available May 1 - October 31)
• Holiday decorations on display (mid-November to first week of January)
• Natural gas barbecue (seasonal only)
• Parking on-site and/or adjacent to the Marina
• Coat rack area
• Access to defibrillator/first aid equipment in the lobby
• Event to accommodate up to 100 people

If you rent the Avalon Lounge, some conditions apply. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event. We will refund rental deposits for cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the rental date.

Please note:

• Liability insurance is required for all events and can be purchased through the Marina Office
• Facility rentals may be subject to third party music rights fees
• Outside doors must be closed after 11:00 p.m. to limit noise
• A liquor permit and smart severs are required for any event where alcohol is served
• Additional fees will apply for any rental agreement violations
