Jazz is a 12 week old Corso x Dogo x Aussie puppy that was surrendered along with her siblings! They were born on a farm but are very well socialized and friendly. Jazz will be a big girl, smart but very powerful. It is imperative that this sweet girl, and her siblings, enroll in puppy training classes, as this breed loves to be worked! We are looking for well experienced dog owners, specific to the breeds of Jazz! She is currently in foster with another dog, who she absolutely adores. Drogo is an 8 year old german shepherd that is looking for his forever home, one just as perfect as his last! His previous loving mama has crossed the rainbow bridge, and her wish was to make sure Drogo would be cared for - we along with many others will make sure that wish comes to fruition! Elton is a 4 year old shihtzu that was dumped at the shelter. He was extremely terrified, lunging at staff - scared about his new reality. Elton was full of matts, his poor skin was very sore and inflamed underneath. He has been receiving weekly baths and is doing much better with being handled! Elton prefers men, and is always looking to jump up on one of our staffs lap - Andrew is his favourite! Timmy is a 7 year old Chihuahua x Papillion that came in as a stray and was never claimed. This boy is camera shy, but is the complete opposite when cameras are not around! Timmy has a lot to say - but will settle with some reassurance! He will be the best guard dog that's for sure! He attaches to one person and really bonds with them so someone that is home often would be ideal! He is very active and energetic so will make a great running partner. Lipton is a 2 year old Husky that was surrendered by his previous owner who could no longer take care of him. Lipton had been scratched in the eye by a cat as a puppy - so recently he underwent surgery to remove that damaged eye! His vision loss does not stop him at all - still an overly happy boy with a lot of energy! He loves playing in the backyard, and thinks the snow is a "treat" - super hydrated boy this one is! Lipton seems to be okay with dogs his size but cats are an absolute no for him! He would do best in a home with older children as he is still a bit jumpy and has some manners to learn :). These kittens were recently surrendered covered in fleas and ear mites. After a bubble bath and some meds they are bug free! They have not been overly socialized but in their short stay with us they are coming around! The only boy in this litter is the grey tabby, all of the others are girls. Wanda is a 12 week old Corso x Dogo x Aussie, who is a little bit smaller than her sister Rachel. Wanda loves to snuggle, and will sleep on you or pushed up beside you. She is continuing to work on her potty skills, and will go outside when you catch her getting up, looking for a spot. Wanda does wake up throughout the night to go potty, although will go right back to sleep. Wanda may have some separation anxiety, and would do best in a home with someone home most of the time, or with another dog. Wanda has been working on her confidence in her foster home, and this will need to continue through obedience and training. Wanda is a sweet, funny girl who loves her food, and will put on a little vocal show with excitement. ET & Netty were dumped on a rural property a few months ago. They were terrified and completely shut down when their finder was able to trap them and bring them in.
