When are our public meetings?
Statutory public planning meetings are held approximately once every two months beginning at 7:00 p.m. Your public meeting may start later than 7:00 p.m. if there are several public meetings heard during a meeting. Staff reports with additional details regarding planning applications are generally published one week prior to the meeting date.
The next statutory public planning meeting will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026 to consider the following Planning Applications:
· 1830 Rossland Road East – Zoning By-law Amendment Application submitted by 1000821803 Ontario Inc. to permit the development of the site for a4-storey apartment building (with mezzanine level), while retaining the existing building and daycare use. [Notice of Public Meeting, DEV-08-26 (Z-04-25)]
· Champlain Avenue – Zoning By-law Amendment Application submitted by 2500030 Ontario Ltd. to amend Zoning By-law 1784 to re-zone the subject land from "Restricted Industrial (M1)" to a site-specific zone to permit two Automotive Sales Dealership buildings with a total area of approximately 7,145 m2. · 780 Garden Street – Zoning By-law Amendment Application submitted by See Path Group Inc. to permit additional uses on the subject property including a Bed and Breakfast Establishment, Private Tutoring Centre, Montessori School, Day Care Centre, Recreational use, and Personal Service uses in addition to the existing permitted uses in the R2-8 Zone.
