Updates to Heritage Conservation District Plans

The Town of Whitby has passed By-laws 8279-26 and 8280-26 to adopt updates to the Town’s Heritage Conservation District (HCD) Plans.

The updated HCD Plans, a description of the study, and map of lands subject to the Plans, are available on the Town’s Heritage Conservation Districts webpage

Any Notice of Appeal must be filed with the Town Clerk by 4:30 p.m. on June 10th, 2026.
