Playground Program Cancellation 

Due to today's heat conditions, all afternoon Playground Program locations are closed today, July 14.

All locations are expected to re-open the morning of Wednesday, July 15, weather permitting.
Thank you for your understanding.

Here’s how you can beat the heat:

• Stop by a Town cooling centre or library to chill out
• Fill up at any of our water fountains - hydration is key
• Take a dip at the Whitby Civic Recreation Complex or Iroquois Park Sports Centre
• Cool off at one of Whitby's splash pads
