The performers will be evaluated by a jury panel based on the criteria listed below:

1. Overall Talent
2. Stage Presence/Audience Communication
3. Intonation
4. Vocal Quality
5. Rhythmic Interpretation
6. Dynamics
7. Song Choice/Song Prep
8. Suitability for all ages
9. Past community concert experience
10. Fan base in Whitby and Durham Region
