Sir William Stephenson, “The Man Called Intrepid”, was vital in the creation of special operations for Canada and allied war efforts worldwide during World War ll. One of his greatest accomplishments was the establishment of secret spy training school on the boarder of Whitby and Oshawa known as Camp X.
