Book a pre-consultation
Before you start the application process, you need to book a pre-consultation to review your proposal and make sure you have all the necessary documents before you apply.
Land divisions and subdivisions
If you'd like to divide a single plot of land into small lots, you may need to submit one of the following applications:
Zoning and Official Plan Amendments
If your project doesn't comply with the current Zoning By-law or conform to the Official Plan, you may need to submit one of the following applications:
Site Plans
Certain types of development may also require Site Plan Approval in accordance with the Town's Site Plan Control By-law.
