Notice of Service Disruption – Town Hall East Entrance Closure and Noise Disruption on Tuesday, September 29

The east entrance at Town Hall will be temporarily closed, and work may cause a noise disruption on Tuesday, September 29. 

The closure will take place as follows:

Town Hall – 575 Rossland Rd. E., Whitby

Closure Details

The east entrance will be closed beginning at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, and is expected to reopen by 10 a.m. the same day.

Please note:

• The East Entrance on the north side of the building (facing Rossland Rd. E. and next to the Region of Durham building) is temporarily closed.
• Visitors can access the building through the West Entrance (facing Rossland Rd. E., accessible from the Whitby Civic Recreation Complex parking lot) or the South Entrance (located at the back of the building).
