On behalf of Whitby Council and the Town of Whitby, I extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of former Whitby Councillor John Dolstra.

We recognize his contributions to public life and thank him for his service to Whitby. Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
