Name	Purchasing Card (P-Card) Procedure
Description	The purpose of this Procedure is to ensure that Purchasing Cards (“P-Cards”) are used to facilitate efficient procurement of goods and services for The Corporation of the Town of Whitby (the “Town”) and adhere to adequate controls for day-to-day use. Purchasing Cards are for low dollar, repetitive purchases. P-Cards may also be used for low dollar Foreign Currency transactions. All procurement activity must be compliant with the Procurement Policy.
