Well i would say our sweet senior boy is looking for a couch to lay on but that's not the case! Ernie does not want to slow down at all! Ernie wants to spend his days outside protecting his property and people. He will check every perimeter to make sure nothing is there that he doesn't know about. Ernie is used to having property and we believe at this age he would like to continue living life that way and will not adjust to a couch potatoe or being inside for most of the day. He wants a job to do. Ernie is anxious in the shelter but once he has his comfort ball it helps settle him.
