Landscape Plan Guidelines

The Town of Whitby works to integrate the built environment with the natural environment to enhance the visual character of neighbourhood streetscapes and contribute to the long-term success of new developments. You need to submit a landscape plan along with all Site Plan, Subdivision and Condominium applications in the Town of Whitby.
