Rumour or Reality? Parks Replaced with Condos
You may have heard the claim: “The Town is replacing parks with condos.”
Here are the facts.
The Town has no plans to replace parks with condominiums. Council-approved plans preserve Town-owned parkland for recreation use only. Any future proposals would require public consultation and Council approval.
