Notice of Intention to Remove Holding (H) Symbol at 380 Taunton Road West

A meeting will be held on October 20, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 575 Rossland Road East, Whitby, to consider an application to lift the Holding (H) symbol from Zoning By-law 1784 for lands at 380 Taunton Road West. The Holding (H) symbol is a zoning tool that temporarily restricts development until specific conditions are met. The proposed change would permit a mixed-use development on the site.
