How Can We Serve You Better, Whitby?
Town launches telephone and online survey to gauge community satisfaction with municipal programs and services
How can we serve you better, Whitby? That’s the question the Town of Whitby is asking residents as it launches its 2026 Community Survey to gauge community satisfaction with its programs and services, customer service, and communication.
Starting today, January 15, community members may be randomly selected and contacted by public-opinion firm Forum Research to participate in a confidential telephone survey. Anyone not contacted by phone can participate in the Community Survey online by Friday, February 6.
Results of the survey will be shared on Connect Whitby later this year and help the Town to measure if its meeting its Community Strategic Plan Mission to deliver services that make a difference in the community.
The Town will continue to conduct a community survey every two years with the goal to continuously improve the Town’s service delivery.
