Description	The Town shall approve the installation of neighbourhood watch signs for any particular community area, provided that there is an active group with a defined program in the area and provided further that the signs are purchased by the Neighbourhood Watch Group with the understanding that the Town will install and maintain the signs. The Town shall also install neighbourhood watch signs on the major roads leading into the Municipality.
