Hazel [26028]

Our sweet girl Hazel is with us to find a loving home. She has been well loved over the years but is looking for a new address. She is 7 years old and a cocker spaniel with some poodle in her. She seems to do well with other dogs, a bit nervous of cats though. She seems to prefer to hang out in her bed by your feet during the day or going on walks! We are looking for a home without young kids as she does not enjoy the hustle and bustle. Her ideal home would be with parents that are home frequently that enjoy the quiet life while still doing activities outdoors. Hazel does need to loose some weight to continue a long healthy life but she loves to go on walks so should be easy for her to slim down! Hazel is a little sensitive when it comes to being handled, so a patient home is also ideal for her. She is very friendly but definitely bonds more to males than woman, she follows her "dad" everywhere he goes in the shelter and jumps for joy when she see's him in the morning.
