Please arrive no more than five minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time.

If your appointment is at our Whitby Civic Recreation Complex (555 Rossland Road East), please enter through the main doors. Parking is available at the north side of the building.
If your appointment is at Iroquois Parks Sports Centre’s Anne Ottenbrite Pool (500 Victoria Street West), please enter through the main doors. Parking is available at the front of the building.
Face Masks: Protecting Each Other
A non-medical face mask or covering must be worn inside any Town facility. Please ensure your mask is securely fastened and covers both your mouth and nose.
Young children under the age of two are exempt from this preventive measure. Also exempt are individuals with religious reasons, or a medical condition or disability that makes it difficult to wear a mask.
• If you can wear a mask, but choose not to, a health exemption does not apply.
• Be honest about needing a medical exemption.
Be respectful; let’s all work together to stay safe and healthy.
For more information, view Durham Region’s fact sheet on instructions to ensure the mandatory use of non-medical masks and face coverings within enclosed public spaces.
Health and Safety Screening
Upon arrival, you will be provided with a brief health and safety screening questionnaire that must be completed at the door before you enter the facility. Please do not attend any town facilities if you answer YES to any of the questions contained within the safety screening questionnaire.
Please remember to keep a minimum of 2 metres (6 feet) away from others during your visit.
