2020 Community Survey

The Town of Whitby is committed to being an open and inclusive organization that is responsive to the needs and concerns of its residents.

As part of this commitment, the Town is inviting residents and local businesses to participate in its second biennial Community Survey to gauge resident satisfaction with Town programs and services.

It's purpose: to gauge resident and local business satisfaction with the Town's services and programs today, along with what they would like to see in the future.
