You can also book ice rentals for groups and birthday parties.
Scheduled skating times may be cancelled to accommodate a special event or because ice is unavailable. All program notices of cancellations are continually posted and updated.

All sport activities must be played by the rules and policies of the appropriate sport's governing body, including safe return-to-play protocols. Amateur and recreational sports leagues may resume so long as they do not allow prolonged or deliberate physical contact between players or if they have modifications to avoid physical contact between players.

All visitors should self screen prior to entry and not enter if ill.
Food or drink is permitted to be consumed within recreational facilities. Concessions and vending machines are open (McKinney concessions remain closed at this time).
Access will be provided to team dressing rooms up to 30 minutes prior to the permitted time. This time will allow staff to complete cleaning and disinfecting of the dressing rooms between permits.
Access will be permitted through all facility doors however it is highly recommended that participants access through the arena entrance associated with their permit to limit the wait times as a result of the need to provide COVID-19 Screening and Proof of Vaccination.
Water fountains are closed, but water bottle filling stations are open.
A designated gender neutral washroom will be available for each arena.
Change rooms and change areas are open for use and sanitized after each group. You should physically distance as much as possible when using the change areas. You will have 30 minutes in the change area before and following your time. Change room capacity limits will be posted outside the rooms. Showers are available for participants.
Pro shops are not available at this time.
Warm-ups are not allowed inside the facilities under any circumstances.
Players' benches are available for use during your activity. Participants should physically distance as much as possible when using the benches. All non-participants (e.g., coaches, trainers) are required to wear a mask while on the bench.

Team officials not participating in on-ice activities must remain in their designated change area. They are not permitted to cross through arena space or change areas to view on-ice activities from the players' bench area.
Each rental includes a 10-minute flood.
We will clean all fixed structures, such as benches and change rooms, after each permit. We clean all available washroom facilities as per Public Health Ontario regulations.
Participants and spectators must properly dispose of any garbage and exit the arena through the designated path or travel points as soon as possible after the rental.

We do not tolerate violence, bullying or vandalism in our programs, facilities and properties. We take appropriate action, where necessary, to deal with these incidents. Violating conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of privileges to use Town facilities and properties. Further disciplinary or legal action may occur.
The Public Code of Conduct applies to everyone, including residents, visitors, guests, spectators, coaches, parents, volunteers and vendors. It covers structured and unstructured activities.
