We offer health and wellness seminars each month on a variety of topics, including nutrition, health care, hearing, chronic condition prevention and support and fitness.
Designed specifically for participants age 55 and older, our instructional classes and workshops allow you to explore everything from the creative arts to computers, dance, fitness, music, continuing education and language.
You can participate in a number of sports groups and organized leagues, such as pickleball, badminton, tennis and more.
You can choose from a variety of leisure drop-in activities, including bridge, euchre, bid euchre, bingo, carpet bowling, darts, table tennis, shuffleboard, photography, book clubs and more.
