The division also produces the Whitby Perspective twice annually. This publication includes information from all municipal departments and is focused on providing residents with current news about Whitby. The current circulation is 38,000. Canada Post distributes 37,250 copies by door-to-door mail and the remainders are available for on-site pick up at municipal facilities.
