The Corporate Initiatives Division within Corporate Services leads and executes strategic corporate projects that support the departments and customer services delivery at the Town of Whitby.

This division specializes in project management, implementing process improvements, and managing the resulting change.

Knowledge transfer occurs through involvement with departments as project management skills and techniques are learned by staff across the organization.
