(Call the Building Division and ask to speak with a Plans Examiner; make sure you have your street address, property lot, and plan number handy)

Have I contacted the Building Division to ensure that I have all the required drawings?

Do I have:

  • A completed application form
  • Two sets of building plans
  • Cash or cheque for the building permit fee
