Birthday Parties

Leave the planning of your child's next birthday party to the experienced staff at the Brooklin Community Centre and Library. Choose from the following two party packages. The themed party package for ages 2 to 14 includes one hour of fun facilitated by Party Leaders in the gymnasium followed by one hour of parent/guardian directed activities in a party room, such as food, cake and presents, which are provided by you. 

The Youth Room Party package for ages 7 to 14 include two hours of video game and table game fun in our Brooklin Youth Room, with a table set up for your food/cake in the same room.

• Parties can include up to a maximum of 12 children.
• Fee is $169.00 (plus applicable taxes and insurance).

Party Themes - Ages 2 to 14 Years

You can choose from a number of exciting themes to suit your child's interests:

• Soccer Extravaganza - Is your birthday child the next soccer superstar?Come for a fun-filled hour of soccer, drills, games, and free play.

• Floor Hockey Challenge - Have your future NHL star enjoy his/her birthday playing a game of pick-up floor hockey with friends.

• Nothing But Net - Children play a game of basketball, practice some skills and dribbling, and most of all have fun.

• All-Star Sports Party - If your child loves to play sports, this fun experience in the gym with a variety of sports activities and interactive group games is sure to be a hit!

• Thomas the Train Party - All aboard! Grab your engine friends and join us in your own rail station for an afternoon of games, activities, and crafts.

• A Royal Princess Party - Come and join us dressed up as a princess/prince in your very own ballroom. There will be magical games and a special royal craft to take home.

• Dora or Diego Party - Come on, vamanos! Let's go on a Dora or Diego adventure with games, activities, and a craft for your little amigos to take home.

• Glamour Girls - Lights! Cameras! Smile! Come out with your friends to a glamour party. Enjoy fun games, dress up activities, and a craft.
• Toys and Tots Party - Does your child love to play, run and explore? If so the Toys and Tots party is right for you. We will set up the gym with toys, tunnels, cars and balls for your party guests to play and interact together without the mess in your home.

Party Themes - Ages 7 to 14 Years

You can choose from several themes to suit your child/teen's interests.

• The Ultimate Girls Party - Chill in our youth room, form your own girl band, or sing and dance using our Karaoke, Dance Dance Revolution/Just Dance, or Rock Band equipment.
• Wii/Gaming Party - Celebrate your birthday by playing the latest Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii games with your friends.
• Birthday Party Hang Out - Spend time with your friends, and play some cool games in a great place. All gaming systems and table games are available. Bring your own favourite DVD to play on our big screen TV.

Table games include a pool table, ping pong table, and a foosball table. Access to Xbox 360 with Kinect, Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii is also incuded with every youth room party.
