Intention to Close and Sell Portion of Coronation Road

Residents are advised that the Town intends to close part of the Coronation Road Allowance between Lots 32 and 33, Parts 1 and 2 on Plan 40R-29881 (view map).

The Town has identified the portion of road as surplus to its needs and intends to sell the property to TFP Whitby Developments Inc. and Chelsea Hill Developments Inc. to complete draft plans of a planned subdivision.

Anyone who has an interest or objection is to file correspondence with the Town Clerk at Town Hall before January 24, 2018.
